This past weekend, Mavis had a few friends over for a really hot pool party & some good cake made by her daddy of course. Here Mavis checks out the cake. On her actual birthday, she was offered a piece, but refused to even try it. We wondered if she'd try it at the party...

I guess it is too late to save me a piece....and maybe I am not yet old enough to eat it. Nonetheless, I did enjoy the bite of chocolate ice cream grandpa snuck me...so maybe we will eat cake together soon. Happy Birthday Mavis!
